Connecting weekly around our goals.  It's the what: when: how & where are we in our WIGS.  It's the questions that surround the specific actions that allow us to asses the 360.  [i.e.] what are the barriars? [identify the tools] how many meeting w key decision makers? how many patient reativation calls made? how many new patients follow-up/sales calls made?  hygiene production?  etc.  It's putting an execution process in place where we [review the r&d] 52 weeks a year to figure out how to make it better!!  And, better!!


xQ is the basic bridging of the execution gap.  it's effective.

xQ^2 is a specific execution model that enables top/down execution & accountability. it's effective.

xQ^3 is the specific execution & accountability model of SP^360 that flows vertically: from the top/to the middle/to the down & horizontally: in interdependent networking internally & externally. it is the practice of less strategy: more execution.  it's Synergy!!
