[i.e.] what are the barriars? [identify the tools] how many meeting w key decision makers? how many patient reativation calls made? how many new patients follow-up/sales calls made? hygiene production? etc. It's putting an execution process in place where we [review the r&d] 52 weeks a year to figure out how to make it better!! And, better!!
