The mission of Synergy Playgrounds, Inc. is to inspire a way of life that "makes little distinction between work & play," through developing radical results in business performance. This is the core ideology that drives Synergy Playgrounds & it's what happens as a result of implementing proprietary synergy systems that appeal to the economic interests of small business owners. One could say that we're radically expansive mind sets doing small business consulting for radically bigger business initiatives. Yeah, that's it!

Small business consulting affords Synergy Playgrounds the opportunity to create continuous profit sharing revenue streams from small businesses & continuous profit sharing revenue streams with world class outsouring solutions. What's even more gnarly, is that it is a continuous source of education for us to grow! It's a continuous source of opportunity for us to learn everything about the nano-dynamics of the small business vertical. This education enables us to recommend growth strategies for the small businesses, or better yet, create a business unit out of it!   • Wildly Important Goals get accomplished because we make consulting an overwhelmingly convincing benefit for small businesses. The Synergy Plagrounds (SP) organization charges small businesss a percent of profits that are incrementally above a well defined baseline. So, small businesses don't have to pay for our services, we do. Economic interests of small businesses thrive as we drive business performance thats makes more money & better profits. We recommend real estate investments that keep more of their smart earned money working for them instead of the IRS.   • River Oaks Center For Dentistry (ROCfD), Houston TX hired us in September of 2006. We had no prior experience in Dentistry & that didn't matter. Why? Because we have a culture of synergy that unleashes radical performance in any vertical ~ so that's just what we did.

 

  • Awesome Economics: In less than two years, we helped River Oaks Center For Dentistry increase annual revenues from $367,000 to $2,048,000 with a corresponding margin growth from 30% to 36%. We've developed a radical expansion plan that will transform their current 1,100 square foot office to an 11,100 square foot "real" center for Dentistry. This expansion model is designed to vertically integrate outsourced opportunities that have great margins (i.e. Multidisciplinary Dentistry, 3-D Imaging Center & 3-D Dental Labs). This will be the first complete center for Dentistry in the US & the total annual revenue potential is $25 Million. The real ROCfD will open in May 2008 & this is when history will be made. This is how we appeal to economic interests of small businesses. We drive business performance to make more money, higher profits & recommend investments that keep more of their smart earned money working for them instead of the IRS.

The ROCfD family (employees) restructured their compensation from hourly to salary plus profit share. This empowered the team and an amazing transformation began to take place. Employees starting holding one another accountable for actions. People are going above & beyond without supervision. Real innovation is taking place. It's synergy in all systems with one goal.
